Ready in under an hour, this cheesy, layered pasta dish is perfect for busy families or last-minute hosting.
Ravioli Lasagna Bake
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Ground Beef
- 1/2 lb Hot Italian Sausage
- 1 bag Frozen Ravioli
- 1 White Onion
- 3 Large Carrots
- 3 Large Celery Stalks
- 6 oz Tomato Paste
- 15 oz Diced Tomatoes
- 1 lb Sliced Mozzarella
- Grated Parmasen
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Saute diced onion, carrots, and celery in a hot pan.
- Add in ground beef and sausage and brown in the same pan as the veggies.
- Remove grease from the pan.
- Stir in the tomato paste and cook for 1-2 min.
- Pour in your diced tomatoes and 1/2 a can of water.
- Stir and simmer for 20 min.
- In a greased baking dish, layer your frozen ravioli, then sliced mozzarella, then meat mixture and repeat that process until the dish is full.
- Top with as much grated parm as you want (3 tbsp. – 1/3 cup if you need a suggestion!)
- Bake for 45 minutes

Freezer Instructions: If you are making this to immediately freeze, allow the meat to fully cool down after assembling in your freezer-safe dish, cover, and store for 2-3 minutes. To enjoy it again, preheat your oven to 350 degrees F, and cook straight from frozen for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
