Ravioli Lasagna Bake

Ravioli Lasagna Bake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Ground Beef
  • 1/2 lb Hot Italian Sausage
  • 1 bag Frozen Ravioli
  • 1 White Onion
  • 3 Large Carrots
  • 3 Large Celery Stalks
  • 6 oz Tomato Paste
  • 15 oz Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 lb Sliced Mozzarella
  • Grated Parmasen

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • Saute diced onion, carrots, and celery in a hot pan.
  • Add in ground beef and sausage and brown in the same pan as the veggies.
  • Remove grease from the pan.
  • Stir in the tomato paste and cook for 1-2 min.
  • Pour in your diced tomatoes and 1/2 a can of water.
  • Stir and simmer for 20 min.
  • In a greased baking dish, layer your frozen ravioli, then sliced mozzarella, then meat mixture and repeat that process until the dish is full.
  • Top with as much grated parm as you want (3 tbsp. – 1/3 cup if you need a suggestion!)
  • Bake for 45 minutes

Freezer Instructions: If you are making this to immediately freeze, allow the meat to fully cool down after assembling in your freezer-safe dish, cover, and store for 2-3 minutes. To enjoy it again, preheat your oven to 350 degrees F, and cook straight from frozen for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
